I have had a 12 year relationship with Kearney Mesa Chevrolet, they treat me like family.

Very helpful and informative, I didn’t feel pressured to make a deal I didn’t want and they walked me through the process of a first time vehicle purchase with ease.

I got to buy my first car in the U.S. I was a little nervous when I went to the dealership, but everyone at the dealership was friendly. They had a positive attitude towards my needs and Pedro in particular showed a good partnership. It was convenient to do the whole process all at once, from the visit to buy the car to taking delivery, but it took a little longer than I expected, but I think it was a reasonable wait time.

As a first time car buyer I was very nervous. However, once I got to the dealership everyone was super nice and helpful. I spoke with Mitchell via email for a few days leading up to my visit, he always responded in a timely manner and helped me out anyway he could. Once I got there Hannah was the one to help me out, she made me feel comfortable and secure about my purchase. Never once did I feel pressured, but rather instead felt supported through the whole journey. I’m really grateful I drove a bit further to this location!

Pedro was a great sales consultant, knowledgeable and friendly. He instantly helped me with the car I wanted and was straight to the point with the transaction. Michael was also great with the final steps of our financing. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone. Thanks again.

Greg Kugler was our tech when my power steering went out and the whole thing needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond the call to keep me informed of costs and coupons, any understood that it was going to take a couple of days to pay for the repairs. He was kind and honest and very helpful!!!

We looked at a Tahoe and the Traverse's with the mindset that I wanted a Tahoe but fell in love with the Traverse! With her knowledge and how nice she was to my kids, I'm so happy she helped us! Great experience for the Internet sales team. I would consider myself one of the new school shoppers - doing a ton of research online, and communicating through email and phone calls. From the initial appointment setting with Hannah, to the actual test drives of a couple of different Silverados with Tyree who also answered any questions I had being the main point of contact.he also was the one to make the offers. It was a great experience. Ross in finance was great as well. overall it was the easiest car-buying experience i have ever had. I was in and out in less than 2 hours after sending all the necessary information before my arrival. Francisco Frausto was a very friendly and patient salesman. He helped me find the 1500 that fit my specifications. He and the manager at Kearny Mesa Chevrolet were able to discount the vehicle into my price range. I highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.

After doing a lot of research about electric cars, my wife and I decided to purchase a Chevy Bolt EV. Next, I researched local Chevy dealers to determine availability of the car we wanted at a price that didn't seem relatively ridiculous. At around 9 PM on Thursday, I found a great option at Kearny Mesa and started the purchase process on line. I did about all I could do on line and decided to call the dealership the next morning to 9 AM when they open. At 8:15 AM, Hannah called me from Kearny, said the car was definitely available, she had my info, and she was ready to help me get the car. I was at the dealership by 9:30 AM, met up with Hannah, test drove the car, made the deal, and drove it home at 12:20 PM. Hannah, my sales person was phenomenal. Her boss, Gabe, was very pleasant, and unlike other sales managers I've dealt with, he didn't try to up-sell me on anything. He and Hannah even helped insure I got my $500 GM military discount. That was very refreshing. Her financial manager, Ross, was exceptionally effective and efficient as well as friendly and personable. Even the receptionist was remarkably pleasant and friendly. I can honestly say that this was the best new car buying experience of my life, and I've bought at least 10 new cars over the years. Hannah was the real star of my whole experience. If she is any indication of the overall customer service quality of Kearny Mesa Chevrolet, then they will become my favored Chevy dealership in this area.

Buying a car can be stressful especially with how unfamiliar you are with the process. The team here are experts in their field and genuine. You do not get the typical car salesman vibe. Courtney was dedicated and communicative. She worked with Aaron who met me in person guided me effortlessly through the process. I love working with genuine people and this team was a breathe of fresh air.

My family went there last week and had a great experience to purchasing a bolt EUV. We really like the car and their services. The sales consultant, Francisco Frausto, is really patient and helpful. He explained about the car in detail, helped us with the test drives, and how to use and set up the car and the necessary apps. They also provided us with a very good price. The car is amazing and the driving experience is great! If anyone is thinking about buying an EV, I highly recommend this place and Francisco.
