Trent was very responsive and addressed all my questions. If he didn't have the answer, he would seek input from others on his team and get back to me as quickly as possible. I felt like Trent was my advocate throughout the purchasing experience.

I had a great experience, went to buy a used work truck but it had been sold by the time I got there. Carter was cool to work with. He searched around to find us a similar vehicle but nothing came close. He presented us with options to buy new and showed us all the incentives available to make it work. He was not pushy at all and left the decision up to us. He worked with me via phone the next day and we got the deal done. He made it super easy and painless unlike past dealership experiences.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I had the worst customer service, I took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Truck was done and I noticed my tires were not rotated I knew because I had a big scratch on my rear tire, when I got it back that same wheel was still in the same spot. I confronted them and they said they did rotated the tires which was a lie, they took it back and did the rotation. The service guy told me that they didn’t do the rotation because it was not needed but they were still going to charge me the rotation. 10 days later I started smelling coolant and surprised the coolant cap was off the reservoir I guess the tech was trying to retaliate because he got caught. I’m starting to think they don’t even do the oil changes as well since we can’t see it. I would give it a -10 stars.

Glenn, Pedro and Ross helped me get into an Equinox EV. They were all very knowledgeable and patient. Being new to EV and having lots of questions and concerns, I appreciate their professionalism.

Lousy followup from sales after purchase, even after leaving multiple messages. Once they did respond, it was still hard to get further information and followup.

He and the finance manager worked with us until we found the vehicle we wanted and gave us a great deal on our trade-in. Everyone from Glen to the people that prepped our purchased vehicle were wonderful. My husband and I felt among good friends the entire time we were at the dealership. Kearny Mesa Chevrolet's service department is also excellent. Kearny Mesa Chevrolet is our "go-to" dealership for all our Chevy needs.

I got to buy my first car in the U.S. I was a little nervous when I went to the dealership, but everyone at the dealership was friendly. They had a positive attitude towards my needs and Pedro in particular showed a good partnership. It was convenient to do the whole process all at once, from the visit to buy the car to taking delivery, but it took a little longer than I expected, but I think it was a reasonable wait time.

Had my 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD in for a tail gate recall and a trailer braking recall, also did an oil change that they had comped me from the last time I was there. This time I picked up my truck right before closing and my bad for not walking around entire truck as it was covered in greasy hand and fingerprints. The tailgate, front quarter panel, hood, doors and also on the inside of the cab they must of had to get to a electrical plug inside under the rear seat area as everything I had stored under seat was just thrown to other side and not put back. As I'm checking out with service advisor Joey he says I did not realize I was comping you such an expensive oil change and was crying on it the entire time while finishing paper work. I called down the next day to complain about all the greasy paw prints and he said he did not notice them and I said I can send you pictures, oh no I believe you then says bring truck back I will wipe them off for you then proceeds to say I don't know what you want I already comped you a oil change. Well, this was for the last time I was there you screwed up on truck. He then says I guess we could wash it next time you're in I'm not trusting they could do that right. I would have hoped for more professional dealer and that I would get a call from a manager that might care. Tom D

As a first time car buyer I was very nervous. However, once I got to the dealership everyone was super nice and helpful. I spoke with Mitchell via email for a few days leading up to my visit, he always responded in a timely manner and helped me out anyway he could. Once I got there Hannah was the one to help me out, she made me feel comfortable and secure about my purchase. Never once did I feel pressured, but rather instead felt supported through the whole journey. I’m really grateful I drove a bit further to this location!

Greg Kugler was our tech when my power steering went out and the whole thing needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond the call to keep me informed of costs and coupons, any understood that it was going to take a couple of days to pay for the repairs. He was kind and honest and very helpful!!!

Hello, I had an issue with the key Fob, they made a new one and programmed all keys and fobs. Also, the receipt says it was done an inspection and checked all fluids. Well, the windshield washer fluid tank was empty. I asked by email why wasn't done... Mr. Michaelson said typically don't fill fluids except during either an oil change or when they service that part. They worked on the mechanics of the wiper motor, not the tank. I complained about it and he offered to have it filled for me. I purchased a new Bowtie. front grille in the same dealer but they wanted to charge $215 just to put it on, which is something that can be done in 15 min I thought they were overcharging me for just that and I declined. Mr. Michaelson came to me saying it would be $100 less, but still a lot for me. I don't think I would like to go there again, something small they couldn't done what can I expect. Waiting time was 4 hrs at the dealership. Besides all of that is a clean place, with a nice staff but the service can pay more attention to details. Thanks

Service dept is horrible, scheduled service and 2 times now they do not have the part required after calling me to tell me part was in and sending me reminders not to miss my service date. Service manager promised to fix me up and now will not return my calls and never answers his phone. Cost me 2 days of time and money. They emailed me to tell me I missed my appointment and to reschedule because my part is in. One dept blames the other for the missing part and somehow it was shipped back to GM. Its been 2 weeks and no word when I will get the part to complete service.

This visit was a success however the issue was not taken care of originally and the car was like that since I bought it

The smoothest car buy transaction I’ve had, everyone was dedicated to me having the best experience, I was out the door with know droughts on my purchase, and while waiting on my car to get to the Detailer ship, my updates were timely and comforting

When I got there, I asked for Hannah and then Courtney was there to help right away to the cars that I wanted to look at. We didn't wait long! We looked at a Tahoe and the Traverse's with the mindset that I wanted a Tahoe but fell in love with the Traverse! With her knowledge and how nice she was to my kids, I'm so happy she helped us! I was nervous on bringing my kids, but they did great! Thank you Courtrney and Kearny Mesa Chevrolet that I am really happy with my 2024 Traverse Limited!
